Yes, we've had resources to share with our clients, but we've never built this business in a consultancy.

To be completely transparent with you, we are still building it.
But that also means that we are in a different season of business.
I talked about seasons recently and we're in a restructuring season.
Now, as we started to make these changes, I started to realize something.
If we continue to take on new clients while we're still figuring this all out, it's not going to be the most beneficial for our clients.
And I don't want to just keep adding on team members when we don't have these processes in place for it.
Essentially, we wanted to create some margin in the business.
We wanted to be very thoughtful about what this version of Gaffin Creative looks like while simultaneously serving our existing clients.
And this means I can't onboard new clients every week or every month or spend a lot of time on sales calls for clients that I don't even know if I have the capacity for.
So we launched a wait list.
I literally have not talked about this publicly at the time of recording because I just did it.
I went through our website.
I updated every contact form to a button that leads to a lead form within Honey Book SIL.
So it is capturing potential clients, but it is a wait list.
And what we're gonna do with that wait list is go through and see if the inquiries match what we have capacity for.
As of today in recording this, there's not capacity in the business to take on a new client right now.
But that changes.
It changes week to week.
