And that's a big piece of it.
A lot of this was about recognizing that our business is changing and in a good way.
And we want to be intentional about how we navigate that change because I think our clients deserve our best work.
And if I'm constantly being overwhelmed with proposals and inquiries for clients that I don't even have the capacity for, then our clients are like our existing clients are not gonna get the best version of me.
And again, by the time this episode airs, it may not be the same.
I might have already taken the wait list down.
Who knows?
But we work two weeks ahead.
In the next two weeks, things could change.
But what I just wanted was for our future clients to deserve an experience that has been built thoughtfully instead of feeling like we rush to piece it together.
Because I've been known to do that in the past when we're too busy to slow down.
And I just don't have the the brain space to work out what that exactly looks like.
As we've been working through what these new production and coaching packages look like, I've realized that
That this is the kind of season that I want to document.
Not because I have figured everything out in this business, but because I know that some of you are probably navigating similar transitions in your own business.
I've seen my own clients come to me and say, I'm fully booked.
I don't have any room.
Can I stop my podcast?
You know, at the end of the day, you as the podcaster are the only one that can.
Can really make that decision.
