Would I struggle?

Yes.

Would it be hard?

Yes.

But I knew that I wasn't in a situation where I didn't have anything to fall back on.

And so when I left my first marriage, we owned a house together, but it was like his family's home.

Like we purchased it from his family.

And so I didn't want to take that away from him.

I didn't want to go to court and try and fight for it.

And so I let him, I walked away from the house and I literally started over.

at the time I had my dad lived here in our area and he was living, you know, in a four bedroom house by himself.

And so, you know, I said, Hey dad, can I come live with you with my two kids?

Yeah.

Cause I, my kids were five and two, so little.

And yeah,

We just up and moved to my dad's and it was rough.

We, we shared a room together for a little bit and, you know, we slowly rebuilt.

We, you know, we had to slowly rebuy things.

I walked away with, you know, money.

my stuff, but then like a little bit of the kids stuff, but I literally walked away from furniture, kitchen stuff.
