Um, and not because it was a bad breakup, but I, I honestly knew that there'd be more conflict if we tried to figure out, you know, who's going to do what we wanted to make it a clean and easy divorce.

So we just were like, you keep all this, I'll take what I need.

And then we move on.

I took my car, obviously.

And so that's what I did.

Like I spent, um,

two to three years just rebuilding, just living at home.

I was lucky enough that my dad let me live there and just saved money.

And then it was finally time to rent a little condo.

And so I was able to move out.

And by that time, I had met my current husband.

So he also was going through a divorce at the same time when we got together.

So...

We both had very interesting divorce stories, but really started over from nothing.

And so we both rebuilt our lives together.

And so that's why I'm so appreciative of everything I have now.

Because, again, I worked for this.

And this was only like six or seven years ago when this happened.

So...

I'm very proud of where we've come from having nothing to where we are now.
