So where you come back to, the longevity of those relationships and those borrow relationships is key.

It insulates you from that to a large degree.

But then you've got to have an underwriting framework.

We apply that framework to every loan we make.

And really, it's an exercise we call boxing the risk.

So we'll look at asset risk.

What are the underlying real estate fundamentals?

We'll look at borrower risk.

What's their technical capacity?

What's their financial capacity?

And what else are they doing?

Are they stretched?

Have they got too much going on?
