We'll look at execution risk.
Often in our game, it's looking at construction risk.

Have they got experience doing similar projects in the past?
And then the exit, you know, how sound is the repayment strategy and is it reliant on
external changes that are outside of the borrower's control.
We apply that asset borrower execution exit framework to every single loan we do.
There's normally one that becomes a focus area in respect of any particular deal.
And that's what you said about as a manager, you said about mitigating it.
If you can't mitigate it, then that's a really good indicator or you're stretching the
mitigate it, it's a really good indicator that the loan's not right.
