It is so volatile.

It is so potentially emotionally charged and difficult to discern, let alone friend from foe.

And I just want those information gaps to be plugged a bit better.

There's zero accountability.

There are these institutions that protect themselves.

There are these people who know how to outmaneuver it.

I don't know what to expect, but it would be fascinating to have seen the government spend over $300 million.

to get to this point and the media circus and all the rest for it then to be thrown out of court because there's not enough evidence to continue or because they can't find a jury that is not influenced enough by the circus that's been on outside.

And this is my concern.

We call it reinforcing failure.

I'm concerned that because there is such a lack of leadership at the top levels that people are feeling compelled to perpetuate this momentum because this process has started back here and we've already proven how failed Burton and all the rest was.

I mean, my ABC accusation of Heston shooting unarmed civilians, not even me in the video, came from a leak in that first interrogation I had with him.

We're at this point where the Australian public

I think if you went out and voted tomorrow, we'd vote for this to be done.

There's no legitimacy we're going to group back.

There's journalists who get to justify their position and their book sales and all these defamation campaigns.

But the Australian public are smart enough to go, where are we benefiting as a society?
