Actually, I recently was thinking about this time when I was young where it was like a beautiful day.
I remember I had like chocolate cake and ice cream and like, I was like, it's the best day ever, mum.
And then she decided it was a time that she was going to tell me something that I found quite hard to receive.
And I remember in that moment being like, okay, don't be too happy because then you'll get bad news.
And like, I feel like it's really powerful even to just reflect because things happen in our lives and we create big stories around it.
And so then I'm like, okay, well, don't be happy because then bad news will come.
And it's nuanced.
We're complicated little beings.
And then we make it more complicated for ourselves.
We make things harder than they need to be, especially as you said.
I just believe that when you become consciously aware of something this way, awareness is so powerful.
It's, oh, I just became aware of this little, very niche story of don't be too happy because then something bad will happen.
And you hear it a lot.
I think it's just a very typical anxious thought of everything will fall apart.
Like it's almost too good.
It's all going to fall apart.
And so then we create this negative energy around it.
And so it's just like being aware, as you said, of the story and being like, okay, I can sit and understand that this is...
Something that I'm, I guess, believing right now, but it's not my truth.
And I can come back to how would my higher self act?
