And that's just one agency here in the Trump administration in just one year alone.
One proposal singularly, the proposed rescission of the 2009 Obama endangerment finding
would be one of the largest, if not the largest acts of deregulation in the history of the United States.
And lastly, I would point out on the policy side is that we have set a pace of one big environmental accomplishment that we've announced publicly for every calendar day
that President Trump has been in office, which means on the 100th day of President Trump's term, we released a list of our top 100 environmental accomplishments.
We did the same thing with the next 100.
On the 200th day of President Trump's presidency, we did it again.
On the 300th day of President Trump's presidency.
So yes, we are both protecting the environment and growing the economy.
We choose both.
We believe that we can do both, and that is what we have committed to going forward.
I mean, I think that there's stuff to learn from good and bad across the world.
I'm very biased.
I'm very partial in strongly believing that the United States is the greatest country in the history of the world.
I think that one of the best lessons that we can pick up on
is how much further Europe has gotten in their implementation of setting very strict restraints on their own economy in order to accomplish environmental goals.
And they're really dealing with a very big issue at the moment because of that economic impact
where they're now looking to revisit some of those goals on certain scales through federal policy here in the US and at other scales when you look at state policy inside the United States, especially when you look at states like New York and California,
We have policies that have been put in a place like electric vehicle mandates that we inherited and have since eliminated that impact consumer choice in a very negative way, that increase prices in a very negative way, that end up crushing jobs, that end up resulting in higher energy costs.
And those lessons that we are experiencing right here in the US in real time, we can look at other countries that are even further along
