So I'm really looking forward to seeing how Riviera plays with the world's best women there.
When you walk the course, do you take a putter and wedge out?
prefer to walk the course than play the course before thursday that's that's interesting i did the world atlas of golf i was given a few um courses to review and i played a couple of them but i basically walked most of them and the ones i walked i could i could write about um
much more easily than the ones that i played and you know because obviously i was going into places that you shouldn't go and and i wasn't playing it as it was intended because i was rubbish so you know
But that's interesting.
Without being pompous about it, one of the best sounds in sport is the silence that you can get on a golf course with lots of people there.
I did drive fast the other day.
I'm not a fast driver, but I was driving up to the golf club to play with Gary Minerals on Wednesday afternoon and I got within 300 yards of the golf club, which is about four and a half miles away from home.
And I've built in so that I can have 50 minutes on the putting green with my new putting mat, which is really good.
And I realized I hadn't brought my golf shoes.
So I had to turn around, do a U-turn, get back home, and get back for my 4 o'clock tee time.
I got into the car park at 3.57 a.m.
and I did make an overtaking manoeuvre on the road up to the golf club where I have criticised many people for doing such manoeuvres.
Yeah, I was perfectly sober as I was going up the way and I had bitten someone's nose off, so...
Which is the worst crime.
