We were really good.
So I'm proud of helping us win baseball games.
I wouldn't say that I'm proud of the streak in any way.
And I wasn't thinking about it, I guess, is the answer.
I wasn't up there going, man, if I could just...
DeGrom wouldn't have thrown me the perfect up-and-away heater three times.
I worked some really good at-bats and, you know, didn't get on base.
That's part of the game.
It's part of facing elite pitching and, you know, walk away from that day with three strikeouts, but knowing that the at-bats were a lot better than the results and kind of move on from there.
So, yeah, didn't walk out of there, you know, sad about the streak, walked out of there upset that we didn't finish off that series and get the win.
Yeah, I didn't know he wrote that, but that is nice of him.
So Tyler and I have been together for eight seasons since...
Um, he came in with Cole.
He met Cole in Texas, um, Cole Hamels, um, in Texas when, when Cole was there and then he gets traded over to us.
So, um, Tyler was around a little bit in 18, the clubhouse met him.
I started working with that off season, but basically the concept is it's a very one-sided sport.
Uh, I have a little bit of an advantage being a switch hitter, but it's very one-sided.
You rotate, uh,
Guy throws righty, hits righty, just rotates over and over in one direction and the body can compensate over time for those things.
We only run left, you know, on the base paths.
