And when the things become a lot more holistic in your words,

or even a better word, harmonious, the whole thing will grow.

Without it, it's not a growth, it's a distortion.

It's an inflammatory growth.

Even the intellect, that those high IQ individuals, as okay, high IQ, high IQ,

can be potent, but it can be a hundred times, a thousand times more potent when it's accompanied by a balanced system.

If you're emotionally, the emotional schema is out of control, many people with the highest, some of the highest IQ people, they didn't end up contributing something like the theory of relativity.

It didn't end up being nothing.

They're working the gas station in the end.

And it represents this distortion.

I think one concept that's interesting I want to get your perspective on is tensegrity, this idea of how everything is interconnected through the muscular, fascial, nervous system.

And because, again, we do have a Cartesian way of understanding and splitting the body into parts, why is it important that we understand everything in the body is connected and when one thing is changed, the other is altered?

It's important because we are simulation machines.

We are modeling machines.

We don't interact with reality in the direct way that we believe we interact with.

When I see you, I don't see you.

I see the simulation I constructed.
