He dressed it up as a therapist and he began to sort of put it in front of various people in his life.
He put it in front of his secretary.
And within the five minutes, that secretary turned around and said to him, I need you to leave the room because I'm about to have a really private conversation with this therapist.
Right.
This is the 1960s.
This is the dumbest possible chap up.
But people were so quick to believe that it was a therapist and that it could work.
listen to their problems, maybe even solve them.
And this is the problem that I think we're about to face is that this is, at this point, you can very clearly see this is crazy.
And I'm not going to listen to what this chatbot has to say because it's clearly being tweaked by either Elon Musk or his people or something, right?
Something's going on here.
We can smell that out right now.
but we're not going to be able to smell it out in future.
I think these, we are seeing millions of people turn to chatbots for companionship, for romance, for advice.
And the better those things get, the more insidious the effect of this kind of thing is going to be.
We're looking right now.
I think we're lucky to be looking right now at the most adolescent version of this, but it's going to get worse.
And that's the part that I'm really worried about.
So it's changing and changing and changing, right?
