And I think this is where some of the technology we're talking about today really starts to shine in that there's a lot of real time accurate data that's required to make these decisions and often a lot of manual work behind them and being able to automate that in a reliable, accurate and explainable way is really going to open up those opportunities to differentiate on many levels.
As you mentioned, customers, whether they be commercial or non-commercial, being able to acquire insurance is a huge piece for them.
Speed of response, turnaround times, being able to understand and quote more quickly and get that quote back to brokers more quickly is important.
What about loss mitigation then?
How does this play into being able to price risks more accurately to, I guess, minimize or even mitigate loss?

Yeah, I guess it's about adding all the required nuance and texture and context to the data on which the decision is made to ensure that the decision is truly informed.

I'm currently working in what's listed as a bedroom, but as an office, it's small.
So yeah, on the other end of the grand design spectrum.
So in parts of the market, then quoting a schedule still means quite a lengthy modeling process before anyone can say yes to a given risk.
What becomes possible competitively for carriers who can compress that to same day?
And where does that speed genuinely matter versus where the heavyweight process still ends its place?
