So I what doesn't scare me about it's like are you scared the plane's gonna crash?

I'm afraid of the plane crashing.

I hate being um I've got c I get claustrophobic.

I also turbulence m gives me the shits.

I just really just like don't do not enjoy it.

It is my my hell.

I have a mantra though that can help people because I think fur of flying is a really big I think a lot of people feel it.

Because you're just out of control, it's scary, whatever.

So I always say in my head, um, this is uncomfortable, not dangerous.

This is uncomfortable, not dangerous.

And that really helps me.

I like that.

Because it's what you're feel experiencing is discomfort of being in a small space, afraid, you know, whatever.

But I fucking hate it too.

And I can't sleep because I get nervous.

I'm afraid to take a sleeping pill in case I have like a reaction and same.

Same.

And then all of a sudden I'm like fucking like foaming at the mouth because th I I'm allergic to it.
