Whereas if I'm by myself, I've panicked on a flight before by myself, and you almost feel it's an out-of-body experience when you're just like, I can't control how I feel.
And especially when you're sitting next to someone who's really like grumpy, you're like, Oh, you don't want to inconvenience.
There was this one time I
I was on a really landing it in Italy um on this really bad flight and this Italian guy next to me, I was it was like above the mountains and it was literally like doing that.

And I was saying my fucking goodbyes.
I was like, you know what, I've lived a good life, like my legacy is gonna be lips and it's great and you know, like whatever.
And you know, like whatever.
And then I I was actually getting a bit teary.
Like I was starting to go, I think this is you know and he was like, Are you okay?
And I was like, I'm just really f And then he was like he was like, Yeah, it's a bit it's a bit much.
So what are you doing and he started talking to me and then I was like, Oh yeah I'm gonna da da da da da da da da And he was the kindest person to that man, grazia.
And don't you think pulling it together in your head, it's like it feels like the hardest work you've ever done in your life.
Just going, You're okay, you're fine.
