I think that's really good because I I think what we're all talking about is just we're anxious people.

Yes.

And I think that's just what anxiety looks like.

And sometimes like I went to a like psychologist one time after I had been I'd like was in this really terrible work situation.

I ended up going to a psychologist because I would been bullied by this group.

It was awful.

Blah blah blah.

And talking about it out loud.

You start going, oh my God, that was so fucked that that happened, or that's so crazy that I think this.

Or it just helps you realize the kind of insanity of the things that have happened to you or that you feel, or like us being afraid of flying.

It's like, it's literally the safest mode of transport.

You are so much more likely to die in a car or die in a whatever.

It's not logical.

When you say it out loud, you go, oh yeah.

And do you find that that's something I totally get that?

I'm like that as well.

And then I find that when things do happen, I get calm.

I'm like, oh finally there's a reason to be anxious.

So let's say there is something terrible happens, or there's a there's an accident, or the worst case scenario eventuates, I get really calm because I'm like, finally my anxiety is actually like it's happened.

Yeah.
