From a generation point of view as well, Steve, you know, people in leadership roles, senior roles, you know, are older, maybe less averse to change technology.

There's all that kind of thing that comes with it.

Meanwhile, you've probably got a workforce who are digital native, possibly AI native coming into the workforce.

Now, are you finding this sort of disconnect within businesses as well?
