So yeah, we obviously meet them in an open home, we review and get their details and certainly do our very best to keep in touch with them.
But it's easy to do that now, like the technology is there to send a bulk text message.
Hey, look, hey, we've got this new listing coming on, this might interest you, etc, etc.
So yeah, it looks super easy to keep in touch with people.
Yeah, there's phone calls in there as well, Nick.
So yeah, we are conscious of that.
So with us, it's probably a mixture of phone calls and text messages.
Yeah, I think if you're going to an open home and the agent's getting you to write your name and your phone number on a bit of paper, that's probably not the best agent in town.
Yeah, I'm going to say more than 4%.
So median price is up about 7%, 7.7% from the same last year.
So I think things are going to keep heading in that direction.
They could be slightly optimistic, but I think, like I mentioned at the start, it's going to be driven by our economy, which seems good at the moment, and just supply and demand.
