This is what people tend to do is they tend to like go online and find a $20 prenup, you know, that they, or they have Claude or, or, you know, chat GPT do a prenup for them.
And then when it fails, cause it was badly drafted and they never showed it to a lawyer, they go, Oh, prenups aren't enforceable.
OK, that's not that's like me trying to build a car from spare parts I found at a junkyard and then saying cars are very dangerous.
Like, no cars built by an idiot who knows nothing about cars are very dangerous.
It doesn't mean like a Volvo wouldn't be super safe.
So I think those clauses can be an arm in that case is a factual case.
You can look it up.
I mean, it was a I didn't write the prenup.
But it was a well-drafted prenup and it was a very wealthy man who was marrying a woman who'd been a model for an extended period of time.
And the economy between the two of them was fairly clear, like he was rich and she was hot.
And that was kind of their what they both brought to the table.
And they had a provision in their prenuptial agreement.
Again, I didn't write it, but it was written by a very experienced attorney here in New York who was very reputable and a good draftsperson, a curmudgeonly draftsperson.
And it defined one of the terms was for every 10 pounds that the bride gained from the date of marriage to the date of what was called an operative event.
So separation or divorce, she would lose ten thousand dollars a month in alimony.

You know, there was even a procedure as to like what her base weight was at the time of marriage and how the weight would be determined for the purposes of enforceability.
