Which, again, for me as a lawyer was what I was interested in.
I was like if so, I would do the weigh in when I got married with like pennies in my pockets and like I'd be wearing my heavy shoes.
And then when I did the weigh in at divorce, I would be like a wrestler wearing like the sweatsuit in the sauna, you know, to try to be as light as possible.
But.
Well, that's what the judge said.
The judge actually said this is a boorish clause.
The you know, I don't I can't imagine why you married someone who insisted on having this clause in the agreement.
However, it's a contract and you were both represented by counsel.
She not only read it, she was represented by counsel who made modifications to it.
Like they made modifications to that provision.
Some of the evidence that came in at the hearing was prior drafts.
And there had been like multiple revisions to that provision so that they both like found a common ground.
And it was bargained for consideration.
And she, by the way, she still got like $50,000 a month in Allen.
And these were these were people with literally billions of dollars.
But.
I represented the dude.
