Like first just stop.
And don't worry about how you want to show up.
Worry about how they need you to show up.
Try to go in and get a sense of where is this person at.
Okay.
So rather than bringing your set of stuff to this, your divorce, your frustration in your current relationship, your, you know, like vision of, oh my God, if it was me going through this, I would feel this, this, and this.
Meet this person where they're at first, first and foremost.
Also bi specific.
Like saying like
Hey, you know, let let me know when you want to get together.
Like, hey, let me know I want to be here for you.
