very high burden unconscionability so prenuptial agreements are in fact binding but what happens is people go on they try to find one online they try to save you know the couple of hundred dollars it might cost for them to have a prenuptial agreement and they make something that's not properly put together it's not upheld by a court and then they go around and tell 4 000 people that they know oh prenups aren't worth the paper that they're printed on
