I spoke with a beautiful woman the other night who moved here 38 years ago from what she said, I escaped communist Poland.
Now it ended up that that regime broke down only a year or two after she left.
But, you know, she was like, I escaped communism.
Well, it's happening now though, right?
Like I don't think they're going to say I fled a communist regime because we do not have that.
But to say I fled a socialist regime because I couldn't create wealth and profitability in a way I can in other countries, yeah.
People are moving to New Zealand and they're moving to Singapore and they're moving to Abu Dhabi and Dubai and, you know, all these places where the CGT is not what it is here now.
I don't know what that had to do with housing.
