I don't know how accurate it is, but that the average –
house price, the median house price in suburbs surrounding me have dropped by like $700,000.
It's huge.
It's been one of the biggest hit areas in the country.
It's crazy.
But it hasn't come down for the $1 to $1.5 million bracket for the first homeowners.
