You are and always will be an inspiration to young women out there.

And as I've witnessed so many women telling me how amazing you are, ignore the negative and always concentrate and focus on the positive.

You've got this.

I mean, I think sometimes because, you know, the reason we're having this conversation is for lots of reasons.

But one of the big things is, is that you have just come out of Love Island All Stars.

And that is an entertainment show, right?

And lots of things happen on it.

But you've received a lot of negative comments and a lot of abuse online, which is really hard.

And I think it's really important in these situations like this is to remember that a lot of that noise that happens is not always that important.

And what you have to focus on is the people around you.

And look how proud your dad is of you.

getting that abuse online is just horrendous.

And people online don't realize like how much their words stick.

And words can make a huge impact on someone.

That's first thing.

The second thing I want to say is when you're going through that, I know you can go to a really dark place.
