I mean, I walk with a cane most of the time.

I mean, for instance, we're going to live in New York for the month of June.

I have anxiety.

I haven't lived here since my 20s.

Like, how am I going to navigate this city now?

It's not going to be the same.

I have two young children.

You know, I can't walk long distances.

There's a lot of adjustments that are always made for me and with my family.

Yeah.

But that's really the main thing.

I have to take care of myself really well to be able to live as good as I can.

You know what I mean?

I feel a lot of the time and I felt for the last 25 years of having this that I'm kind of in a race with this thing and I'm trying not to let it get ahead of me.

Right.

which can be exhausting mentally and emotionally, not even just physically.

But again, it's also just there's nothing I can do about it.

I have to accept what is to move forward.

And I think a big thing with acceptance is it doesn't mean you have to like it.

It doesn't have to mean that you don't have all of the feelings about it.
