And the the life's breasts that you're given.
And it is so easy to take that for granted.

The and it's interesting, you know.
Um, first of all, I want I wanna say before we go any further, the book that you're that we're referring to that you showed a picture of is uh was written over thirty-five years ago by Rick Carson.
Um yeah, I know it's amazing.
It was the only book that was ever required when I went through my coach training program twenty years ago.
And it's now been written in I think about fifteen different languages.
Um, none of which, by the way, I
think is this this always fascinates me for authors, none of which has was initiated by the author, by Rick.
It's just organically other people that just said, you know, this should be in this language, in this language.
And it's used all over the world with all sorts of organizations and companies and lots of coaches and therapists and um substance abuse programs.
So um I'm just I'm I feel so blessed to have uh picked up that book uh and and let it
guide me in so many ways and um I took Rick seriously when in the back of the book he says if you have questions call me here's my phone number and I opened it that was a great part of being impulsive.
I open you know picked up the phone and called him and he answered and that from there we have had a great long collegial uh relationship and a great friendship and I've just learned just so much.
I'm so grateful to him for everything he's brought to me.
