It's a rare plea by Iran's key ally, and the first time Hamas has weighed in on Iran's actions during the war.

There have been three separate attacks in the U.S.

in the last week, one at a synagogue in suburban Detroit, another at Old Dominion University in Virginia, and an attempted attack on anti-Muslim protesters in New York.

They're being called political violence and two are being investigated as acts of terrorism.

This as the U.S.-Israeli war in Iran continues, providing a new opening that foreign terrorist groups may be exploiting, including calls for violence from Iran and from its proxies.
