JOHN MCCUTCHAN- So the question is, what's in the quarterly document?

The result is, yeah, just literally a Google Doc with bullets.

Just text.

Some people like to do things like link to Jira epics and stuff and connect it all.

That's cool if you're into that.

But to me, that's not even important if you don't.

Because it could just be that.

Now, in the process of making it, the first time you do it, it's messy because you're asking these questions for the first time.

A lot of people like to use Miro to brainstorm and everyone doing that at once.

And then maybe you cluster it in certain things.

What's more important than others?

There's different kind of standard ways of doing that.

But subsequent times, it becomes really fast.

We just did one with our corporate data team, and it took two days.

I think the first time it took three weeks.

Because we were like, look, most of this is the same as last quarter.

A little bit changed, a little bit of that.
