Yeah, it's a it's a great question.
I I love the reference to parents.
My uh we have a a three and a half, almost four year old daughter, and she's she says about my wife's pregnant, she says about uh meeting her little baby sister, it's too long to wait, Dad.
Um so waiting is hard, right?
Um SEO isn't immediate.
It requires the right investment and uh patience to get the results that that happen over time.
You know, it it takes a very
Different timeline than more traditional immediate response growth channels.
You know, you mentioned kind of like the the growth marketer that is is really just a a paid media buyer.
People that come in and just buy, you know, Google or meta ads are going to try to get immediate results.
And sometimes that's what you need and you just gotta go do that.
But if you're looking to build a strong organic profile over time, you know, flexing up the the investment that you make in SEO and and its initiatives will will
will yield roll yield those results, but the timeline for those results, there's there's no like magic trick or hack to expedite them.
So I like to compare SEO and SEM search engine marketing to help folks kind of understand this distinction.
So the SEO strategies involve, you know, on-page optimization, link building, content creation, and technical improvements.
And unlike SEM, SEO doesn't involve direct payment to search engines for visibility, but it relies on organic methods to improve rankings.
Whereas with SEM and other paid channels, advertisers can just pay search engines.
or display ad networks to show their ads prominently in the search results or on their on their pages to drive traffic more frequently and immediately or near immediately versus over time.
And I've seen this with the companies that I've worked with over the years that if you make the right investments in great content and you build the right technical SEO infrastructure, the organic traffic is compounding.
It grows over time.
