I love ice cream.
And to me, as a parent of two young girls who love ice cream, and it's pretty health forward.
Health is what I do professionally, and it's important to me.
And, you know, I believe also that so much of what's happening in the longevity conversation right now can kind of suck the joy out of life.
And as it relates to the title, for me, it meant, yeah, like, am I going to have ice cream every day?
No.
But when we go out for ice cream with our kids, I'm going to have it and I'm not going to enjoy it.
And I view it as a treat and not necessarily a cheat and really savoring the moment that, you know, I have.
two young little girls who want to hang out with me and have ice cream and it brings them so much joy and that 10 years from now they're probably going to want nothing to do with me and ice cream and it was just symbolically so much bigger of like enjoying those moments with family and you should enjoy the ice cream and you shouldn't stress about it but that's how it hit home for me but i want to hear from you like why why the title what does eat your ice cream actually mean to you

Well, I couldn't agree more.
And in my view, there's a significant difference between eating the ice cream late at night, hiding in shame, not to say, look, it happens, versus enjoying it with family or friends in celebration.
And I would go as far as saying your body feels
probably absorbs the macros of that ice cream differently.
Am I eating in enjoyment or am I eating in shame?
There was a study, we did a podcast on it, the rabbit study from like 30 or 40 years ago, where essentially rabbits were being injected with like cholesterol and one rabbit was being pet and loved and the others weren't.
And the one that was being pet and loved was not impacted as severely as the other ones.
Longwood would have been saying is the relationship that you have with the food, and we'll segue to relationships, that context matters.
