Let's dive in.
You write that we've made wellness a full-time job.
Do you think that this modern longevity movement has actually made us healthier or perhaps just a little bit more anxious?
I think they've made us
make it take over your life.
So in terms of all the tracking and markers and testing that's available,
You know, there's everything from HRV, I've got my wearable on, the glucose, to sleep stages, to ApoB, VO2 max, the list goes on and on.
In your view, where do you think it helps and is actionable?
And where do you think it's counterproductive in terms of all the things we can track?
So before we segue to habits, I'll be a little bit more specific.
So beyond the trackers, there are markers.
So for example, APOB is a test of cardiovascular health.
If we just focused on markers and not trackers necessarily, are there specific markers that you think are worthy of paying attention to that help inform some of your lifestyle decisions?
very important.
So I want to come back to habits and it's a big part of the book.
You mentioned yoga.
What has been game-changing for you in terms of habits and how should we reframe how we all think about building wellness into a daily habit?
not enough fiber.
And so you're touching on diet, and I'll segue to the title of the book, which is provocative, Eat Your Ice Cream.
And when I first saw it, I fell in love with the title.
