I mean, first of all, it's very hard to all the businesses that have expanded.
It's not for lack of trying, I would say.
It's just because it really is hard as a food business.
Our food is not cooked by robots.
Our food is cooked by humans.
And the more artisanal the food is, rather than just like something that's pre-made, you heat it up and you just pack it together.
If it's any sort of labor, any sort of...
technique that goes into it, like pulling noodles or cooking our lamb, things like that, mistakes will be made.
We've made mistakes since day one.
We still make mistakes.
And we've made compromises that I think a lot of people are not super happy about.
We had to cut down some of our dishes over the years, especially during the pandemic.
The lamb palmo soup, that bread soup that I told you about, a lot of our Chinese customers really miss that soup.
They're like up on Red Note, basically messaging like, why'd you get rid of that?
Bring that back.
I petitioned to get it back.
And then others, folks that are into the noodles, they're like, why don't you serve the oxtail noodles anymore?
It's so good.
And I really do miss that dish myself.
