information is being consumed and like kind of quote-unquote rules are changing and then also the rules are different because depending on which kind of micro community you are yeah you're in and so i think in a place like the workplace where then all of those things kind of come together you see the huge gap you see this huge gap between like how the gen z's are kind of expecting expecting to like work and like be treated versus like the older generation to like grew up on these very clear rules and expectations and then there's like a lot of this
