Well, it's funny because I was looking at that the other day, and it was 14 years ago.
And Dave, y'all were in the old building, and it was in a little conference room back there, and it was something they called Entree Leadership Performance Series.
It doesn't exist anymore.
And I went to that because I couldn't afford Master Series.
And it's been transformational.
I mean, the reality of what I've learned in entrepreneurship over the years has totally changed me as a leader, helped my family, and certainly grown my business.
In fact, I was looking the other day with the team, our leadership team, and I said, you all realize we made more last week
than we did the entire year, 14 years ago, the first time I came to Entree Leadership.
This is a great question, and it's actually really difficult.
You would think that people would just naturally adopt this thing because it's going to make their life easier.
But the reality is a lot of people are scared.
In fact, there was a survey recently by one of the real smart survey people.
I don't know the name of it, but it was one of those, you know.
And they said that the only population of people that are overwhelmingly positive about AI are people who make $200,000 or more a year.
It's very interesting.
And so when you think about a large staff, certainly at a church, we don't exactly have a lot of folks making that kind of money.
So the answer is that you can't just enforce it on everybody.
You have to go a little bit more tactical than that and go, what's the most valuable thing with any given particular role?
And one of the things I think matters a ton, everybody should pay attention to this.
It seems like there's an old Irish proverb, maybe Brian Buffini could confirm this, but that for every mile of road, there's two miles of ditch.
