So you can fall off one side or the other.
And one side says the future is only AI.
It's highly autonomous and people don't matter.
In fact, I had a friend kind of jokingly say to me, well, are you just going to let your whole staff go now and let the robots run everything?
And I'm like, no, man, I want to multiply the impact.
So I actually, and the other side is I'm not going to deal with any of this AI stuff at all.

But the truth is that the future is two things at the same time.
It's two parallel roads.
It's highly autonomous, for sure.

And it's deeply human.

is the element I think is missed sometimes in this conversation.
I'm telling our teams, both at the church and at the agency, we've got to get back to doing the stuff that we used to do.
coffees, dinners, lunches, get on airplanes, be in person, live events, workshops, because there's nothing different, there's nothing better than sitting down in person.
But to answer the question of how do we get 250 people to implement it, you have to look for the right people, because one of the things I say a lot is, I'm looking for what-if people, not yeah-but people.
So, what if a yeah-but person, you bring something to them, they go, yeah, but…
