Or so I thought.
Fuck up number three.
The bus driver warned us it was a total shitshow at the ferry crossing, but being an optimist, I ignored him.
As we rocked up to the pier, I realized two things.
One, the drive was right on the fucking money.
And two, I need a serious plan if the wife is going to queue up here.
Anyways, we proceeded to queue for three fucking hours for the fucking ferry, which was no more than a fucking.
Fucking dingy.
I kept the wife and myself well rub lubricated during the wait, uh which together with the nice weather, warm piss and chats with the locals, the three hours quickly flew by.
Fuck up number four.
We finally stepped foot on the island at four PM.
Which meant we should have been able to grade the last bit of the action and have a look for you, lads.
As we walked onto the island, out of the corner of my eye, the missus spotted you all queuing up to leave the island.
Turns out, uh, you were getting on the fucking boat that we just got off.
Uh I'll run over for a quick chat, which turned into open arms from Jane Dunk before we even chatted.
Obviously saw one uh happy half cut Irishman on his way in your direction and knew the reason why I was there anyways.
As you were getting hurried onto the fucking boat, it was a quick hello, pictures with the boys, which I have included, hugs all round.
It was so quick that I could only find a fiver in my bag for the not for radio hat.
A promise to pay the balance once we arrive back in auban at Spoons.
This promise took an unexpected turn.
