So now I do about 80 to 100 grams of protein, which is significantly less than what I was doing.
So before I was doing like 150 or something like that.

But also because honestly, I was struggling with like, my gut was not enjoying eating 150 grams of protein.

Yeah, I need to find a way to, I'm testing different protein sources as well, being plant-based, like really feeling like the powders and the bars and stuff are just not great and trying to find them naturally, but without adding the calorie surplus.
