The database is the goldmine, right?
So now you're not going to real estate transactions.
Now you're going to your database of people that love you.
They've already dealt with you.
You have their own membership plans.
And it's just, can we test for radon?
You're testing for free or little to nothing.
And then now you have...
New construction building.
