Last year, there was one team that was showing prospects a picture, and it was a picture of a young man sitting on a chair in a field.

And the kid had to tell the story of how that kid came to sit on that chair in that open field.

You could create any story you wanted.

Oh, my gosh.

But it had to conclude with that kid.

These are 17-year-olds that were asking to do this.

They're nervous.

Most of them don't like talking to adults.
