One thing to say, and I think it is fair to judge the organization on its actions, and with the lack of experience, I think probably comes the pay grade that sort of falls in line with that as well.

So that's not – it's not nothing, but my sense here is that –

They're looking to bring in a coaching staff that can grow with a young team that is 32nd in the National Hockey League.

And, you know, it's not about wins and losses.

It is going to be all about player development.

And so on that front, you've got Manny Malhotra and Jordan Smith, who was his right-hand man down in Abbotsford.

They've worked with a bunch of players.

They've won a Calder Cup with a bunch of these guys.

There is some familiarity there.

Jason Krogh moves from skills coach.

into an assistant coaching bench role, I think, although the roles haven't been fully defined.

But whatever the case, it's a promotion to an assistant coaching job.

But he's been around this group.

He's familiar with the players and has spent a lot of one-on-one time working with them.

And then they went out and they bring in Ryan Mongenel, who, you know, the more I look and read about him...

The guy's 50 years old.

This isn't like they're going with a 30-year-old who is just getting his feet wet in hockey.

This guy's been a head coach at the ECHL level, the American Hockey League level, has had some success.
