Yes, he's the best trade chip.

He's not going to lose his trade value.

When you saw what Justin Falk got at the trade deadline,

Colton Pareko, Buffalo was lining up to get its hands on Colton Pareko.

Right-shot defensemen that play in all situations and play the way that Philip Hronick does, he's not going to lose his value in a year or two.

And so if the Canucks can mine mentorship out of Hronick and continue to play him, play him a lot right now until they're ready to turn the keys over to some of these younger guys, I think that could be the best of both worlds for the organization in as much as you...

continue to work and mold William or Tom Lander.

And then at some point, they're ready to sort of leave the nest.

And maybe at that point, some of the trade protection comes off.

Maybe at that stage, Philip Aaronic recognizes that, you know, there isn't a

ton of time left in his career and that he does at some stage decide he wants to go elsewhere and have a shot at winning.

And then you package him up or you pedal him off.

And I still think that he'll retain significant value just based on the position, the handedness, and the fact that he logs big minutes in all those situations.

And I'm not in a rush.

I understand the people that would love to see the Canucks –

get the return on a player like Philip Aaronic.

But I think that return is, and especially, you know, cost controlled a right shot defenseman that plays 25 minutes a night, you know, a couple of years down the line, a seven and a half million dollar contract.

It's going to look like peanuts really.

So I think he's, I think he's going to hold his value.
