I mean, if you could get off a contract with trade protection, a forward, and the age difference at that point, yes.
I mean, I think that would be far more compelling to me if I'm looking to shore up the Canucks forward ranks.
You know, you'd win on the age side of things, obviously.
And again, if you're just trying to shake it up, then yeah, I mean, those are the types of trades I think I would look long and hard at.
But in terms of a young defenseman for a young forward, I just I can't get out there at
this stage, even though, I mean, the Vancouver Canucks leave that at some point, you know, whether it's Kirill Kudratsev become a full-time national hockey leaguer, Sawyer Minio at some point breaking through, like they want to believe that they've got the depth on defense, you know, Mancini as well.
Like at some point, maybe they can make that kind of trade, but I just, I wouldn't do it right here right now.
