He actually has been expanding India's ties to the Muslim world for many years. And, you know, Pakistan, on the other hand, is increasingly kind of been a bit of a basket case. A lot of other Muslim countries don't agree with the fundamentalism that Pakistan practices and its support for the Taliban.
