Again, you want to run this before you put everyone in it.
Because you might want to push out the pilot.
If they're like, Hey, listen, this is probably gonna be another quarter.
Well, put the people in the pilot now because now you've lost all the mo you need the momentum to continue and you need the steps to happen.
So use that.
