That's super uncomfortable.

So when we get that system to be more like, oh, it's actually safe to just be washing this dish.

I can just be present with the task.

We may find that ability to do things that are more calm comes a lot easier.

Words can be a bit of a band-aid, like, oh, I'm bored.

And we don't question it.

We don't look under the hood.

We don't go, well, what does that mean?

What does that feel like?

Well, what's really happening there?

So one would be that awareness of, well, when I say bored, what am I really saying?

Oh, I'm like crawling out of my skin.

That right there shows nervous system.

Oh, I feel so itchy.

Could I take a deep breath?

Could I slow down?

I can feel this sometimes in my body really strongly.
