But I was lucky enough to have scrambled through life in a way where I was okay.
So I really was like, oh, thank God.
That explains so much.
I'm not crazy.
There really was something going on here.
So I felt really good about it.
Yes, I think the diagnosis is going up right now and people get scared of that.
It's like, why?
What is our biggest fear?
And I think people's fear is it's just going to be an excuse.
If you get an ADHD diagnosis, you're going to use it as an excuse not to work as hard, not to have to do the things that I'm working hard at doing.
If someone who doesn't have the diagnosis, I haven't met anyone who is seeing it that way where, oh, I get the diagnosis and it's an excuse.

And that's going to be some sort of regulation.
So whether...
the diagnosis is ADHD, even if it's not, like you said, just because it's normal doesn't mean we need to be living like this.
Absolutely.
And I think the one thing there is believing that it's possible to feel good and not be dysregulated no matter who you are, because I do get that a lot.
Well, isn't that just how everybody is?
