a system in fight or flight, right?

It's feeling unsafe, trying to control, trying to keep myself safe.

So it's all rooted in the same thing.

When I'm actively working with someone, I say, let's just call it dysregulation and see what we can do with it.

Like, let's not work.

It's kind of irrelevant.
