I remember.

I went into a state of shock and denial I remember being kind of like propped up against a lamppost with my cousin beside me and we were sitting in silence covered in blood because neither of us knew like what the hell has just happened yeah and then that guard when I'm talking about she's in front of me uh and said are you okay and I remember being like what and then she said where else have you been stabbed and I said what I actually didn't think I hadn't computed at all

And I was in the ambulance and I said, what does she mean?

Where else have I been stabbed?

Like I'd literally, half my face was open.

And when I went into the hospital, I was still in denial.

And I was in with the triage nurse and I was like, no.

I remember laughing, listening to a song that was on the radio going, oh my God, I hate this song.

To this day, when I hear that song, I'm like, oh, I'm going to...

I'm going to freak out.

Well, I have to know what the song is.

See, I don't know the name of it, but it goes, I can sing you the song, but you don't want to hear me sing it.

It's okay.

I'll sing it for you after.

It's not important.

But it's a really annoying tune.

But you weren't connected at all with the reality of the situation.

No, to the point that they put me in a wheelchair.

and wheeled me through these doors and there was a reflective part in the bottom of the door.

That's the first time I saw it.
